Arts & Crafts Vendor Information

10'x20' booth size

1. Vendor agrees to pay (non-refundable) booth fee of $50.00.

2. Vendor must have current Oklahoma sales tax number and provide a copy with your application.

3. Vendor agrees to sign a hold-harmless agreement with the City of Sapulpa.

4. The City of Sapulpa does not assume responsiblity of loss, damage, or theft of property.

5. Vendors are asked to donate an item to be given away at various times during the festival.

6. All arts & crafts media and commercially produced works will be permitted.

All applications must be returned to the Sapulpa Parks Department no later than May 11th, 2007.
